Juvenia research and development centre of South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, Xamk.
Juvenia’s goal is to support equal and participatory youth by combining effective research and development work. The activities focus on strengthening young people’s inclusion, citizenship and communality and preventing marginalization. In the youth sector, Juvenia promotes also environmental awareness, digitalization and internationalization. During its 15 years of operation, the centre has implemented more than 80 research, development and training projects related to youth.

The University of Thessaly was founded in 1984.
The main mission of the UTH is the promotion of scientific knowledge through research and the contribution to the cultural and economic development of the local community and wider society. The Lab of Sociology of Education belongs to the Department of Early Childhood Education at the UTH . It conducts interdisciplinary research on education, commons, childhood, and youth in contemporary society. The scope of previous work this team has conducted has been to develop good practices, which support learning, social transformation and change. The UTH team has vast experience in innovative educational interventions with the participation of children and young people.

ESTONIA: Saaremaa Noorsootöö Keskus
Saaremaa Youth Work Centre is a new organisation which is a legal assignee of former Kuressaare open youth centre.
It is an umbrella organisation for all the youth centres of the island of Saaremaa. The aim of the organisation is to organise and develop youth work in Saaremaa municipality. There are 9 youth centres in total. All youngsters between 7-26 years old are welcomed in youth centres. Youth centers in Saaremaa have established a network with Saaremaa schools (approx. 20 schools), with whom we are in good cooperation and therefore linking formal and nonformal education.

PORTUGAL: Freguesia de Vila Boa do Bispo
Vila Boa do Bispo is a parish council from the North of Portugal.
VBB serves a community of approx. 3000 people. The town hall develops projects in areas as culture, heritage preservation, youth, sports, nature, and environment. VBB has been implementing international cooperation projects in the fields of youth participation, skills and sustainable development, community engagement, and cultural preservation. All this has allowed Vila Boa do Bispo to expand the impact of its initiatives, bringing in and sharing good practices for the development of innovative, inclusive and sustainable policies.
